AMC internal and external systems, including AMC accounts temporarily unavailable.
The AMC systems will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled database maintenance from Thursday, 26th February 2026, at 5.00pm (AEDT) and is expected to be restored by Friday, 27th February 2026, at 8.00am (AEDT).
During this time:
- International medical graduates will not be able to create an AMC account, submit an AMC initial portfolio application or add further medical qualification(s).
- If you are already signed into your AMC account at the time of the outage, there is a risk that any payment made will not be successful.
- Verification status updates will not be received or updated on AMC accounts, MBA/Ahpra or Specialist college portals (AMC external portal).
- Authorised users at the Medical Board of Australia and specialist medical colleges, as well as IMGs, may experience issues with the AMC external portals and AMC accounts during this time.
Normal services are expected to resume once maintenance is complete.
